GETTING STARTED IS EASY

It doesn't matter if you're not in shape or you've never done CrossFit. We make it easy to get started. We'll teach you everything you need and you'll be with other people like you.

TRY CrossFit Ashland FREE

The first thing you'll do to get started is come by to meet our coaches and tour our facility. We'll tell you more about what we do and how it can help you achieve your fitness goals. In your first free session, you'll learn a few movements and go through a workout based on your fitness level. If you decide that CrossFit Ashland is right for you, you'll then go through our Foundations course where we teach you all the basics and start getting you in shape for the regular classes.

During your Free Session you will receive:

  • A baseline fitness assessment
  • An overview of our unique training methodology and class options
  • A tour of our world-class training facility
  • A workout
  • Specific information on how to transform your health, fitness, and lifestyle in record time
  • And so much more!
