TRAINING OPTIONS FOR ALL LEVELS
Everyone that is new to CrossFit can start off with our Fundamentals course. You’ll do training designed for beginners and learn the correct technique of the CrossFit movements. It will ease you into the intensity of the workouts so you don’t have to worry about being in shape to get started. We’ll teach you all the basics of CrossFit exercise and nutrition so you’ll be set up for success over the course of 4-8 one hour sessions with a coach.
This is a group class lead by one of our experienced coaches. You’ll find these classes are filled with positive energy that keeps you motivated and encouraged. The class is designed to meet you at your current fitness level so it doesn’t matter if you’re new to exercise or have been doing CrossFit for years. The variety and novelty of the training will keep you engaged and advancing without risk of overtraining or plateauing for years and years to come. You’ll be surprised at how fast you begin to see results!
In our 1 on 1 program, you’ll be paired with a coach who will design a training program specific to your goals. Many people do private training because they feel there is a gap in their fitness. Others feel more comfortable in a private setting. Some have a specific performance goals they’d like to meet. 1 on 1 is the perfect way to laser focus on a specific area holding you back from reaching your full potential.
We offer FREE introductory level CrossFit classes at CrossFit Ashland every Saturday. These classes serve to give the community a general taste of the CrossFit world and allow individuals to check out our facility without first having to commit to membership. We invite you to check us out any Saturday. This is a great way to experience a small taste of CrossFit. But keep in mind, this is only a small sample of a system that has much, much more to offer.
Yoga is the perfect way to rejuvenate and restore your body and mind. Flexibility, better balance and improved posture are a couple of the physical benefits you can immediately feel. Yoga tends to improve your mind by releasing tension and allowing you to focus better during the day.
This is a 6-week challenge designed to change your body, change your routine, and change your lifestyle; for the better! This 6 Week Challenge is designed for every person no matter age, experience, or how often you work out. Our classes are led by expert coaches who not only make you better, but make sure you are moving correctly as well as learning about proper nutrition and lifestyle considerations.
